Overview

The meditation skills course is designed to lay an experiential foundation for anyone interested in learning to meditate or to enrich their current practice. It is clear, succinct and easy to use. Each session offers supportive guidance while allowing space for a deepening of attention and expanding awareness of the field of stillness and non-doing.
Guideline for use: 
Listen to each session daily for at least 1 week before moving to the next session. Initially, in order to develop keen attention, I would advise listening to the recordings indoors with headphones on. 

Be patient and remain curious throughout. Let the practice unfold within you.
